All staff, partners and honoured guests, who had been part of Blueprint Homes journey from the very beginning, enjoyed this exclusive event in their finest ball gowns and black ties. Specially brewed and labelled craft beer and a limited edition 10th Anniversary coin were produced for this special occasion.
Craig Park, General Manager made an emotional speech reflecting on their humble beginnings, the meteoric rise of the brand and thanked his management and staff, many of whom had been with the company since its inception for their dedication and loyalty.
He highlighted how the ‘Core Values’, which he and his original team had created, had been the foundation of the company’s culture of teamwork and integrity which all staff embraced. A video showed the evolution of the brand from its small windowless “bright blue” offices through to the custom designed two storey office and Home Gallery they now occupy on Balcatta Road.
Brand Ambassador Natalie Gruzlewski, enjoyed the chance to mingle with all staff.
A three course meal was followed by music and dancing from Darren Reid and the Soul City Groove and ‘Austin Powers’ flew in for a guest appearance.
Since 2005 Blueprint Homes has grown into one of the largest new home builders in Perth with over 100 employees, and has set a new benchmark in customer service winning 8 consecutive Customer Service awards.
